BEACH SOCCER FORMAT

Depending on the number of teams entered, we plan to split our summer beach soccer leagues up into three divisions: Competitive league; Social mixed; and youth (13-16 years old). 

The competition is set to start on November 16 and games will be bi-weekly. The league will break after the game on December 7, and will kick-off again on January 11, 2023. Games run until April 5, 2023. 

Registration fee: $150.00. This covers all games in 2022 and 2023. 

Overall, there will be 10 games for each team; 3 in 2022 and then 7 in 2023. This will include grading, round robin and then finals.

Final draws and competition organisation will be available once we have a better idea of league numbers.

WaiBOP Football is using Friendly Manager for Beach Soccer registrations.

The Club/School or Team Manager must sign up on behalf of the team, and then add in each players information. These links are for team registrations only, please do not use these links to register individual players.

IMPORTANT: Once logged in, click on the Teams Tab, and then the Register Team (green) button to register your teams.  If you do not follow these steps, the team will not be registered under your club/school.

If you are not a club or a school and would like to register a team, please register them via the form below. This will allow you to create a new team login from which you will be able to manage your team/s going forward.

Working with NZF and other Federations, we will launch pilots during 2022. We hope to grow Beach Soccer from the ground up across New Zealand.

Beach soccer is now played in some 75 countries around the world, attracting large television audiences in over 170 countries. It is one of the fastest-growing professional sports in the world.
