• TIME: 6:30pm – registrations from 6:00pm

KEY CLOSING DATES

• Nominations for Elected Board Member, Life Members and Honorary Members of Waikato Bay of Plenty Football Federation are called for in writing and must be in the hands of the Chief Executive by Wednesday May 6th, 2026.
• Notices of Motion and Remits for changes to the constitution to be tabled at the Annual General Meeting must be in writing and be in the hands of the Chief Executive by Friday May 1, 2026.
• Proxy voting forms must be with the Chief Executive by the latest 48 hours before the AGM, this being by Friday May 22, 2026.
