Following last week's guidance provided by New Zealand Football regarding the delivery of football and futsal competitions, matches and trainings under the Red setting (HERE), we'd like to provide our community with a brief update.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to provide feedback on the announcement via the form we provided, our social media channels*, and direct to members of WaiBOP Football's staff.

NZ Football will provide further clarity on key elements of their guidance as well as issues that were highlighted by our football and futsal community.

Key amongst this, of course, is what will happen when the country moves to Orange and Green.

Hopefully this will come early next week.

In the meantime, we ask that everyone be respectful towards WaiBOP Football staff. We will do our best to communicate everything we know as soon as we can.
