One 40-minute game each week made up of two 20-minute halves. ​​​​​​​

Rules

Emphasis on general movement, coordination and technique. No dedicated goalkeepers. No offsides. No throw ins; instead players kick in or dribble in from the side with the defending team retreating. No corner kicks. For goal kicks, the opposite team returns to halfway to allow play to restart with less pressure.
