Emphasis on building coordination and technique and starting to explore teamwork. Basic rules of football apply. Goalkeepers present at this level. Offsides from the retreating line are at the discretion of the referee, blatant infringements should be called. Throw ins and corners allowed. From goal kicks, the opposition is to start from the retreating line.
