Comments from past participants:

"Having that support to not have to know the answer to everything, liberated my energy, and enabled me to direct and transfer my experiences and sporting knowledge to the athletes that wanted it, without distraction."

"Through the length of the course, I have been able to shape up my coaching philosophy and coach by it. I feel I have better clarity on the coach I am and a better understanding of my role and the athletes I coach."

"With DCA, you connect with people from other codes. You see what they are experiencing and it's a cool safe space to share. You get to know them as a person, as you go on the same journey together."
