TEAM ENTRY INFORMATION

All teams will need to be created and entered in the appropriate competition in Sporty.

Important Note: For Waikato Men’s, Bay Men’s and Waikato Women’s leagues you will be entering teams into a Competition that covers all divisions in these leagues. When completing the Team Entry Form - as part of the entry process - you will select the Division that the team would like to enter, and other optional information relating to the team such as preferred kick off time, and other requests. Any team requests must be entered on the team entry form in Sporty, not on the Club Field Information Form. Please note: while we try our best to accommodate requests, this may not always be possible.The closing date for entries is Wednesday March 11, 2025.

FIELD AND CONTACT INFORMATION FORM

HERE is the Field Information form for Senior and Federation Youth teams (excluding NRFL Southern Conference and Reserve teams). This form needs to be completed by Wednesday 11th March.

Due to the change in team registration in Sporty, the Field Information form will now be only for general information relating to your grounds. Number of pitches, dates grounds unavailable etc. If you have a field map, you can upload this via the form as well.  

Any specific information or requests relating to teams (such as preferred kick off times) must be completed on the team entry form in Sporty.  We are not always able to accommodate requests/changes to draws once they have been done, so please ensure that you provide as much information as possible on the Field Information form and team entry forms.

Important: There is also a link to provide updated contact information for your club on this form.  

Please Note: we have changed the way that we manage our mailing lists, so it is very important that you update your KEY club personnel on this list and select each mailing list that they should be added to. Once team entries close on March 11th, any club contact emails not included on the form will not be included in bulk mailing lists.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

In accordance with the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (FIFA RSTP), an international clearance is required for any player aged 10 and over who wishes to register for a Club in New Zealand and has previously been registered for a Club abroad; or who is a foreign national seeking to register for the first time in this country.

With the change to SPORTY for competition management now underway, there is also a new process for ITCs that is managed within Sporty for clubs.

NOTE: Registration forms now include a dedicated ITC section, allowing players to provide relevant information during registration (previous club, country, and passport image where required).
