Two WaiBOP match officials have recently received international call-ups.
Nadia Browning has just returned from the Oceania Football Confederation (OFC) U-19 Women’s Championships, which were held in the Cook Islands. She was referee for three matches - Papua New Guinea v New Caledonia, Tonga v Papua New Guinea and Tahiti v New Caledonia.
CK Kawana-Waugh (pictured), WaiBOP's Referee Manager, is heading to the OFC Men’s Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Fiji, which kicks off this Saturday.
The New Zealand team won the OFC U-19 Women's Championship after defeating New Caledonia 5-2 in the final.
